Sex and the City - The Mystery

So ladies, the wait is nearly over. Just two weeks and counting till you can trot off to the local multiplex (Manolos optional) to watch the full on fashion fest that Sex and the City: The Movie is bound to be.

As a general rule, two weeks before a film comes out us privileged members of the press would already have seen the film and be able to tell you at least a few wee snippets about the action… We'd ruminate on the plot and generally advise as to whether it's worth spending your hard earned cash on.

However, whether SATC: the Movie is any good remains a mystery… The handful of people who have been lucky enough to witness the fate of the fabulous four all had to sign strict confidentiality agreements. How very MI5. That means that it could be rubbish, it could be ace, Carrie might turn her back on materialism and chuck out all her shoes and Samantha might become a nun. Who knows? But here are a few of the rumours going round to whet your appetite:

Carrie reportedly has 82 wardrobe changes during the film (that's a whole lotta heels)
The girls got to keep ALL the clothes they wear – it's written in their contract
The photos we saw earlier this year of Carrie and Big's apparent wedding were in fact a dream sequence… So we still don't know if they're going to tie the knot!
