Kate envy

Since seeing the chic Kate Bosworth out and about promoting her new film 21 I have been living under a heavy green cloud. How can one girl have so many fab frocks, shoes, bags (need I go on?) and a permanent gorgeous glow!!? No, life is not fair!
I concluded that the only way to cure my envy is to pop along to the screening of her new flick and a) Find some imperfections or, failing that, b)Gain some fashion/ beauty inspiration.
21 is a seriously sexy flick, set in the seductive bright lights of Vegas. What starts out as a film about a group of highly-intelligent, skint students riding around Manhattan on their push-bikes wearing holey hoodies turns into a clang of sophisticated hustlers draped in Armani - and taking Vegas for millions.
The film is inspired by a real group of MIT students in the Nineties, who used their bright young minds to figure out how to beat the odds at blackjack. With unorthodox math professor and stats genius Micky Rosa (Kevin Spacey) leading the way, the team including Ben Campbell (Jim Sturgess) and the sexy Jill Taylor (Kate Bosworth) crack the code. By counting cards and employing an intricate system of signals, the team can beat the casinos big time. However, big player Ben begins to push the limits - not only is he seduced by gorgeous Jill but also by the money and the Vegas lifestyle.
Though counting cards isn't illegal, the stakes are high, and the challenge becomes not only keeping the numbers straight, but staying one step ahead of the casino's menacing enforcer, Cole Williams (Laurence Fishburne).
Unfortunately I did not discover any imperfections in Kate - she is truly talented and has made the transition from a young Hollywood starlet to one of today's leading ladies. However, all was not lost - there was fashion inspiration galore! Whether you like her androgynous trouser suit look, slinky LBDs or her Pulp Fiction-style bob, there's plenty of looks to get your fashion pulses beating!
