Dom Perignon Throw a Party
Ah, champagne. How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. Never a girl to say no to a glass of pop, I knew I was on to a good thing as I partied with London’s movers and shakers at last night’s bash to celebrate the launch of Dom Perignon’s latest vintage.
Evidently recovered from the trials of fashion week, guests including Claudia Schiffer (SO so tall), Olivia Inge (massive fun) and Sophie Ellis-Bextor (too beautiful) were in super high spirits as attentive waiters -my favourite kind- kept glasses filled and canapés circulating. Superstar DJs the Gorrillaz meant the dancefloor was the only place to be seen and inhibitions quashed with a little help from DP ( a little too much some might say...) I wowed the crowds with some killer moves – although according to my date the overall effect was less Beyonce and more Boyzone circa 1995.
Alas, before we knew it home time was upon us and satisfied that the London dance scene would never be the same again my partner-in-crime Charlotte and I trotted off to catch the night bus home. Cheers.
