All aboard the Fashion Express
I felt a little cheeky heading back to London only three days into Milan Fashion Week. You see the Oscars, happening on Sunday 24 February, are keeping us very busy indeed (check back Monday morning to find out who wore what and all the party gossip), so my fashion fantasy has been temporarily put on hold. When I boarded the plane last night, I realised I wasn't the only one sneaking off early: BA flight 562 was officially the Fashion Express: Christopher Bailey, Burberry's designer extraordinaire fresh from his catwalk unveiling the night before (See the photos here), Lady Helen Taylor, and James Blunt, who put in an appearance at the Emporio Armani show, toting his guitar. You know that theory from Will and Grace where your plane won't go down if there's an A-lister on board? Well I'm not a nervous flyer, but I was thrilled that our three celebs made it one smooth ride.
