Indie Rave-up

Most bizarre celeb sighting at a party? Lesley Ash and Lee Chapman at the beer and barbie launch of Ibiza Rocks last night in Camden. There they were mingling between the skinny-jeaned Doherty wannabes, Henry Holland tee-wearing Camden trendsters and the odd ill-advised attempt at the North London lead singer 'look' (man in the corporate shirt and leather trousers combo, I mean you).

You'll be pleased to know the trout pout has subsided somewhat, but I still did a double take ? well, would you expect to see them in an indie hangout like The Lock Tavern? Alex Zane, on the other hand, looked right at home, chatting about his new breakfast show on XFM, and wearing a dandy hat. And I can exclusively reveal, (tabloid style, non?) he's already come up with a way to have a sneaky weeknight out without getting told off by his bosses.

"I'm going to dress up like Chris Moyles and impersonate him so if I'm out late everyone will think it's him and I'll get away with it." Ingenius, methinks.

The music was a big old rock-rave mashup (of course) with the other Zane (Lowe, that is) on the decks and Team Revolting (a DJ collective including an absent Noel Fielding, the Towers of London's Rev, and what seemed like a million indie chicks all clustered around the records), finishing the night off with brill tunes from CSS and faves from The Stone Roses and Arctic Monkeys.

The fab-looking Ibiza Rocks line up this summer includes said Arctic Monkeys, LCD Soundsystem, Kasabian, Mika and the Fratellis ? I'm already checking the cheap flights.
